Vihaan 24 Guidelines

1.     Events are open to all undergraduates and postgraduates of any stream from any  affiliated college.

2.     An individual must register in order to participate on the website which will be open from the 24th of June, 2024 .

3.     Group events are to be registered under the group leader’s name.

4.     All members of the group must be from the same college, regardless of stream.

5.     Spot Registration if any will be informed on the day the event

6.     No refund either full or partial of registration fees in case of no show by participants.

7.     All student participants as well as non-participants must compulsorily wear their college ID cards in the premises.

8.     ID cards that are mandated to be worn throughout the day along with other stationary items will be provided at the registration counter once the process has been completed.

9.     Information regarding the rounds will be sent personally through the registered mobile number or email. Please ensure that all details are provided accurately.

10.  Participants are expected to report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the allotted time. Failing to comply can result in cancellation of registration.

11.  Guidelines regarding each event will be provided separately.

12.  Participants/teams need to check their equipment /material/devices including laptops, pen drives, internet-audio -video-streaming devices. Organisers /college accept no responsibility for providing /assuring functionality of such items.

13.  Any doubts regarding the events need to be cleared with the event coordinators volunteers prior to event/rounds. No appeals will be entertained during the course of or after he event has concluded

14.  Completion of rounds within the time limit is crucial. Organizers reserve the right to modify events in the interest of adherence to schedules.

15.  The decision of the judges / event heads are final.

16.  Electronic Participation certificates will be issued to every registered participant. within 14 days of conclusion of program. Only winners will be given physical certificates.

17.  All individuals are responsible to take care of their own belongings. The college or organizers will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any belongings of the participant.

18.  Profanity, violent behavior, vulgarity, malpractice of any sort will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate disqualification.

19.  All vehicles of participants will have to be parked outside campus. Unruly /violent behaviour with security officers on duty /organisers will lead to cancellation of participation.

20.  Intoxicants/drugs/liquor are prohibited in campus and anyone found consuming/in possession of such substances or having consumed such substances will be reported/handed over to law enforcement.

21.  Participants shall restrict their movement within campus to program venues only. They are responsible for their personal safety within campus and shall avoid unfamiliar locations. Safety instructions given by security/organisers/faculty members must be adhered to.

22.  Organisers are not responsible for any unforeseen disruption of events due to natural causes/strike/general disturbances/Act of God.

Organisers reserve the right to cancel/modify/postpone the whole program /any event /part thereof based on exigencies or on the advice/considered view of college
