Do you have the skills to manage an organization’s most valuable asset—its people? 'Royal HR' at VIHAAN 2024 is an immersive event that replicates the complex and dynamic role of the Human Resources department in an organization. Participants will be tasked with addressing a variety of HR scenarios, where effective people management and strategic decision-making are key. Teams of four from the same college will navigate through challenging situations that test their HR knowledge, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities. With a limited number of teams able to participate, this event promises to be competitive and engaging, providing a real-world experience in HR management.
Guidelines
1. Royal HR is a team event
2. Each team must consist of four members. All team members must be from the same college.
3. There is no limit to the number of teams that can participate from a single college.
4. Each team is required to have a laptop with stable internet connection.
5. All participants must be dressed in formal attire.
6. Teams must report at venue 30 mins before scheduled time.
7. Registration restricted to 15 teams on first come-first serve basis
8. Participants are required to clear any doubts before the commencement of rounds.
9. Any kind of malpractice will lead to immediate disqualification.
10. All decisions made by the judges and coordinators will be final.
11.All events will be subject to General Guidelines of VIHAAN -24 and general campus rules of Christ College(Autonomous),Irinjalakuda
Registration fee-Rs.400 per team.

First prize- Rs.12,000/-
Second prize-Rs. 6,000/-
